7. Returns & Exchanges
Perishable Goods:
Matcha, bakery items, drinks, or other perishables cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or expired.
Non-Perishable Goods:
Non-food items (merch, accessories, packaged products) may be returned within 7 days if unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase.
Faulty items should be reported promptly; remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund under CGA.
