Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

  • We offer overnight dispatch for orders placed before 1:00 PM the previous day.

Shipping Costs 

  • Additional charges may apply for fragile or bulky packaging

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the estimated packaged size and weight of your order, up to 1kg in 440mm x 400mm NZ courier bags; and destination. 

Shipping Address & Tracking

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are entered correctly — we cannot guarantee redelivery if the wrong address is given.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order’s journey.

Customs & Import Duties

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and regulatory requirements specific to the destination country. Carnival Matcha cannot be held responsible for delays or charges beyond our control—please check your region’s import regulations before ordering.

Delivery Issues

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, postal services, or courier networks.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve it with the carrier.
