You’ll need:

½ smashed banana 🍌

3 tbsp Matcha Pudding 🍮 (see below)

100ml soy milk + ¼ tsp spirulina + 1 tbsp banana puree 🌊

Ice cubes 🧊

Yoghurt Cloud ☁️ (3 tbsp yoghurt + 1 tbsp banana puree, whisked)
🍮 Matcha Pudding:
Whisk together Asagiri Matcha, cornstarch, milk, and sugar in a saucepan.
Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until silky and slightly thickened.
Remove from heat, let cool, and set aside.
✨ Build it:

Smash half a banana at the bottom of your glass.

Add 3 tbsp of matcha pudding.

Whisk soy milk 80ml + spirulina 3g + banana puree 1 tbsp, then pour it in.

Add ice cubes.

Top with yoghurt cloud.
